  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Peel half an onion and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and pick the leaves off the stems.
  4. 4. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
  5. 5. Cut the ham into small cubes.
  6. 6. Remove the rind from the Gouda cheese and grate it finely.
  7. 7. Separate an egg in a bowl, keeping the yolk separate from the white.
  8. 8. Add the chopped onion, the egg yolk, the grated Gouda, the ham, the parsley, and the cream cheese to a large bowl.
  9. 9. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Clean the mushrooms and carefully twist out the stems.
  11. 11. Finely chop the removed mushroom stems.
  12. 12. Fold the chopped stems into the filling mixture in the bowl.
  13. 13. Fill each mushroom cap with about one teaspoon of the mixture.
  14. 14. Place the stuffed mushrooms with the filling facing up in a shallow baking dish.
  15. 15. Bake the mushrooms in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  16. 16. Carefully remove the mushrooms from the oven.
  17. 17. Serve the stuffed mushrooms hot with baguette.
