  4. 4. Add 120 grams of sugar, flour, 1 egg, and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. Knead the ingredients for 30 seconds on speed 4.
  6. 6. Place the dough into a bowl.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
  8. 8. Wait until the dough has visibly increased in size.
  9. 9. Cut the chocolate into 6 pieces.
  10. 10. Divide the yeast dough on a floured surface into 6 portions.
  11. 11. Knead in a little flour if necessary.
  12. 12. Shape each dough portion into a ball around a piece of chocolate.
  13. 13. Place the balls with some distance between them in the greased steamer insert.
  14. 14. Let the dumplings rise, covered, for 15 minutes.
  15. 15. Heat the remaining milk together with 20 grams of sugar, cream, and vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl.
  16. 16. Cook the mixture for 4 minutes on speed 3 at 100 degrees Celsius.
  17. 17. Separate the remaining eggs.
  18. 18. Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl with 4 to 6 tablespoons of the hot milk.
  19. 19. Set the Monsieur Cuisine to 3 minutes, speed 3 at 70 degrees Celsius.

  21. 21. Pour the egg yolk mixture slowly through the lid opening.
