🍽️ Eggs with Tuna Filling

Ingredients
- Eggs 8 pcs.
- Tuna in its own juice 150 g
- Chives, fresh 20 g
- Yogurt, plain 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Rye whole grain bread, sliced 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring about 1 liter of water to a boil. Boil the eggs hard for around 10 minutes. Then shock them in cold water and peel.
- 2. Drain the tuna. Wash the chives thoroughly, pat dry, and cut into fine rings. Halve the eggs and remove the yolks.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks well with the tuna and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Put the tuna filling into a piping bag and fill the egg halves with it. Decorate the filled eggs with chives and serve together with bread. Enjoy your meal!
