  1. 1. In a pot, bring about 1 liter of water to a boil. Hard-boil the eggs in it for approximately 10 minutes. Then shock them in cold water and peel.
  2. 2. Cut the ham into very small cubes. Halve the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the yolks well with the ham and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Put the ham filling into a piping bag and fill the egg halves with it. Decorate the stuffed eggs with cress and serve with bread. Enjoy your meal!
