🍽️ Eggs filled with ham

Ingredients
- Eggs 8 pcs.
- Black Forest ham 50 g
- Cream cheese, plain 4 tbsp.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cress bed 1 pcs.
- Rye bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring about 1 liter of water to a boil. Hard-boil the eggs in it for approximately 10 minutes. Then shock them in cold water and peel.
- 2. Cut the ham into very small cubes. Halve the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the yolks well with the ham and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Put the ham filling into a piping bag and fill the egg halves with it. Decorate the stuffed eggs with cress and serve with bread. Enjoy your meal!
