🍽️ Eggs filled with mayonnaise

Ingredients
- chives, fresh 20 g
- eggs 8 pcs.
- garlic chives 15 g
- mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rustic bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly, pat dry, and cut into fine rings. Bring water to a boil in a pot and boil the eggs for about 8 minutes. Then shock the eggs, peel them, and cut them in half.
- 2. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a tall cup. Wash and dry the garlic chives, then add them to the yolks along with the mayonnaise and blend everything well with an immersion blender. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Fill the egg halves with the mayonnaise mixture using a spoon. Arrange the filled eggs with mayonnaise and chives on a plate and serve with rustic bread. Enjoy your meal!
