🍰 Dates with Chocolate Coating

Ingredients
- Sour cherries in a jar 70 g
- Marzipan raw mass 150 g
- Soft dates, dried and pitted 200 g
- Icing sugar 20 g
- Port wine 1 tbsp
- Chocolate, dark 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Drain the cherries and chop them finely. Also chop the marzipan raw mass into small pieces. Pit the dates.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the cherries, icing sugar, and marzipan well with the port wine. Then form them into narrow rolls and use them to fill the dates.
- 3. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Heat water in a pot until it boils. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over the steam. Dip the filled dates into the chocolate, let the excess chocolate drip off, and place them on baking paper to harden.
- 4. Store the dates with the chocolate coating in a cool and dry place. Enjoy!
