  2. 2. Roast the almonds in the pan for about two minutes.
  3. 3. Transfer the roasted almonds into a bowl.
  4. 4. Season the almonds with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  5. 5. Let the seasoned almonds cool down completely.
  6. 6. Cut the bacon strips in half.
  7. 7. Stuff each date with one roasted almond.
  8. 8. Wrap half a piece of bacon around each stuffed date.
  9. 9. Place the prepared dates back into the hot pan.
  10. 10. Fry the dates for about two minutes over medium heat, turning them to brown all sides.
  11. 11. Drain the dates on kitchen paper to absorb excess grease.
  12. 12. Serve the dates while warm.
