🍽️ Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- mushrooms, white 500 g
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- Vemondo gratin delight 250 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms carefully with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Gently twist out the stems of the mushrooms.
- 4. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 5. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
- 6. Chop the parsley leaves very finely.
- 7. Mix the chopped parsley in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 8. Add the vegan grated cheese substitute to the parsley mixture.
- 9. Marinate the mixture with herb oil.
- 10. Place the empty mushroom caps in a baking dish.
- 11. Fill the mushroom caps with the vegan cheese mixture.
- 12. Bake the stuffed mushrooms in the oven for about 20 minutes.
