  7. 7. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces with your hands.
  8. 8. Mix the chopped parsley in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  9. 9. Add the mozzarella pieces to the bowl.
  10. 10. Let the mozzarella marinate in the herb oil.
  11. 11. Place the mushroom caps in a baking dish.
