🍽️ Mozzarella-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- mushrooms, white 500 g
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- mozzarella 2 pcs.
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan circulation.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms carefully with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Twist out the stems of the mushrooms.
- 4. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 5. Remove the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 6. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
- 7. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces with your hands.
- 8. Mix the chopped parsley in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 9. Add the mozzarella pieces to the bowl.
- 10. Let the mozzarella marinate in the herb oil.
- 11. Place the mushroom caps in a baking dish.
- 12. Fill the mushrooms with the mozzarella.
- 13. Bake the stuffed mushrooms in the oven for about 20 minutes.
