  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Gently clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Twist out the mushroom stems and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic and mince it finely as well.
  5. 5. Drain the olives, pat them dry, and chop them into small pieces.
  6. 6. Pat the feta dry and crumble it into small pieces using your hands.
  7. 7. Place the chopped mushroom stems, garlic, olives, feta, and crème fraîche into a bowl.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.
  9. 9. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  10. 10. Place the empty mushroom caps into the prepared dish.
  11. 11. Fill the mushroom caps evenly with the mixture.
  12. 12. Place any remaining filling into the dish next to the mushrooms.
  13. 13. Place the baguette in the oven along with the baking dish.
  14. 14. Bake the mushrooms for about 15 minutes.
  15. 15. Remove the dish from the oven for the last 5 to 10 minutes to toast the baguette until golden brown.
  16. 16. Take everything out of the oven when it is golden brown and baked through.
  17. 17. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms and the baguette on plates.
  18. 18. Serve the dish immediately and enjoy your meal.
