🍽️ Classic Stuffed Mushrooms with Feta

Ingredients
- white button mushrooms 500 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- green olives 50 g
- feta 150 g
- crème fraîche 100 g
- oregano, dried pinch
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- butter 1 tbsp
- baguette 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Gently clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Twist out the mushroom stems and chop them finely.
- 4. Peel the garlic and mince it finely as well.
- 5. Drain the olives, pat them dry, and chop them into small pieces.
- 6. Pat the feta dry and crumble it into small pieces using your hands.
- 7. Place the chopped mushroom stems, garlic, olives, feta, and crème fraîche into a bowl.
- 8. Season the mixture with oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.
- 9. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- 10. Place the empty mushroom caps into the prepared dish.
- 11. Fill the mushroom caps evenly with the mixture.
- 12. Place any remaining filling into the dish next to the mushrooms.
- 13. Place the baguette in the oven along with the baking dish.
- 14. Bake the mushrooms for about 15 minutes.
- 15. Remove the dish from the oven for the last 5 to 10 minutes to toast the baguette until golden brown.
- 16. Take everything out of the oven when it is golden brown and baked through.
- 17. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms and the baguette on plates.
- 18. Serve the dish immediately and enjoy your meal.
