🍰 Frozen Soy Yogurt

Ingredients
- soy yogurt 1.3 kg
- organic limes 2 pcs.
- agave syrup 210 g
- crunchy muesli 8 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Place the soy yogurt in a kitchen towel, set the towel in a sieve, and let the yogurt drain over a bowl for about 24 hours.
- 2. Next, cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the drained soy yogurt, lime juice, and agave syrup using a hand mixer with a whisk. Pour the yogurt mixture into a shallow container and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- 3. Blend the frozen yogurt in a food processor or with an immersion blender until creamy. Layer the frozen yogurt and crunchy muesli in glasses and serve immediately.
