  1. 1. Melt the butter in a pot. Put the ladyfingers in a freezer bag and crush them finely, then mix with the melted butter. Evenly fill this mixture into a muffin tin with paper liners and press the bottom down firmly with the back of a spoon. Then chill.
  2. 2. Wash the plums thoroughly, halve them, remove the pits, and chop them into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, and vanilla sugar well. Fold in the prepared plum pieces and distribute them evenly over the liners.
  3. 3. Store the liners in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight until they are firm.
  4. 4. Before serving, whip the cream in a bowl with a hand mixer and a whisk until stiff. Top the frozen mini plum cheesecakes with the whipped cream. Enjoy your meal!
