🍰 Frozen Mini Plum Cheesecakes

Ingredients
- butter 5 tbsp
- ladyfingers 150 g
- plums 200 g
- powdered sugar 100 g
- cream cheese, plain 300 g
- sour cream 100 g
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- whipping cream 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Melt the butter in a pot. Put the ladyfingers in a freezer bag and crush them finely, then mix with the melted butter. Evenly fill this mixture into a muffin tin with paper liners and press the bottom down firmly with the back of a spoon. Then chill.
- 2. Wash the plums thoroughly, halve them, remove the pits, and chop them into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, and vanilla sugar well. Fold in the prepared plum pieces and distribute them evenly over the liners.
- 3. Store the liners in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight until they are firm.
- 4. Before serving, whip the cream in a bowl with a hand mixer and a whisk until stiff. Top the frozen mini plum cheesecakes with the whipped cream. Enjoy your meal!
