🍽️ Crispy Turkey Balls with Fresh Lemon Dip

Ingredients
- Turkey breast cutlets 600 g
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Toast bread 3 slices
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, white ground pinch
- Paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Lemons 1 pc.
- sour cream 100 g
- Yogurt, plain 100 g
- Sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey cutlets under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Dice the turkey meat into very small cubes or puree it finely.
- 4. Cut the onion in half and remove the skin.
- 5. Dice the onion finely.
- 6. Soak the toast bread slices briefly in warm water.
- 7. Squeeze the bread well so it no longer drips wet.
- 8. Add the turkey meat, onion, bread, and egg to a bowl.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 10. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
- 11. Form the mixture into balls about 5 cm in size.
- 12. Place the balls on a plate with breadcrumbs.
- 13. Roll the balls around in the breadcrumbs until coated.
- 14. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 15. Fry the patties for about 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
- 16. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 17. Grate about 1 teaspoon of lemon zest finely.
- 18. Cut the lemon in half.
- 19. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- 20. Mix sour cream, yogurt, and the lemon zest in a bowl.
- 21. Add the lemon juice to the dip mixture.
- 22. Season the dip with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 23. Serve the lemon dip together with the hot patties.
