🍽️ Refreshing Chilled Melon Soup

Ingredients
- Galia melon 1 pc.
- cucumbers 1 pc.
- organic limes 1 pc.
- buttermilk 100 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- coriander, fresh 10 g
- shallots 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Galia melon in half and remove the seeds.
- 2. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and set the empty shell halves aside for later.
- 3. Wash the cucumber, peel it, and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 4. Remove the seeds from the cucumber halves using a spoon.
- 5. Dice the cucumber flesh roughly.
- 6. Wash the lime and cut it in half.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 8. Place the melon pieces, diced cucumber, and buttermilk into a tall container.
- 9. Blend the ingredients into a smooth soup.
- 10. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
- 11. Add two tablespoons of lime juice and stir.
- 12. Fill the cold soup into the reserved melon shells.
- 13. Place the shells in the refrigerator for at least two hours to chill.
- 14. Meanwhile, wash the coriander and shake it dry.
- 15. Roughly chop the coriander.
- 16. Halve the shallot and peel it.
- 17. Cut the shallot into thin strips.
- 18. Garnish the cold melon soup with the chopped coriander and shallot strips.
- 19. Serve the soup and enjoy!
