  2. 2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  3. 3. Place the potato cubes in a pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let the potatoes cook for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Peel the kohlrabi and carrots.
  6. 6. Cut the vegetables into batons.
  7. 7. Heat about 2 liters of salted water in a separate pot.
  8. 8. Wash the orange thoroughly and slice it.
  9. 9. Rinse the salmon and pat it dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  10. 10. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Place the salmon in a steamer basket and cover it with the orange slices.
  12. 12. Add the carrots and kohlrabi to the boiling water.
  13. 13. Hang the steamer basket with the salmon in the pot, ensuring it does not touch the water.
  14. 14. Steam the vegetables and salmon together for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  15. 15. Drain the potatoes using the lid.
  16. 16. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the pot and mash the potatoes into a puree.
  17. 17. Stir in horseradish cream to taste and season with salt.
  18. 18. Remove the salmon from the steamer and let it drain.
  19. 19. Drain the vegetables.
  20. 20. Add the remaining butter and a little salt to the vegetables and mix well.
  21. 21. Plate everything and serve.
