  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Toast the baguette in the oven for about 5 minutes until crispy. Then carefully remove it and let it cool.
  2. 2. In the meantime, wash the broccoli and separate or break it into florets, then place it in the deep steam cooking insert. Cut the Parmesan into coarse cubes. Peel the garlic. Wash the orange thoroughly and finely grate about 2 tsp of the zest. Also cut the baguette into coarse cubes.
  3. 3. In the mixing container, chop garlic, Parmesan, baguette, pine nuts, orange zest, and chili powder for approx. 50–60 seconds on level 6, then transfer to another container.
  4. 4. Add 500 ml water to the mixing container. Place the steam cooking insert with the broccoli on top, salt lightly, and steam for about 15–20 minutes on the steam setting.
  5. 5. Season the pangrattato with nutmeg and a little salt. Place the steamed broccoli in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle the pangrattato evenly over it. Enjoy your meal!
