  1. 1. Wipe the figs with a kitchen towel and cut them into quarters. Crumble the goat cheese with your hands. Wash the radicchio thoroughly, quarter it, and cut it so that the quarters remain attached at the stem.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the radicchio for about 2 minutes. Lightly season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil with 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Arrange the fried radicchio with goat cheese and figs on plates. Tear the ham over it and drizzle with the dressing. Serve with baguette. Enjoy your meal!
