  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  3. 3. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers.
  4. 4. Cut the bell pepper flesh into very small cubes.
  5. 5. Put oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.
  6. 6. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well together.
  7. 7. Wash the radicchio (a type of red chicory) under running water.
  8. 8. Remove any damaged or wilted leaves from the radicchio.
  9. 9. Cut the radicchio into slices about 4 centimeters thick.
  10. 10. Wash the chives.
  11. 11. Shake the chives dry.
  12. 12. Place the trout fillets in the preheated oven.
  13. 13. Warm the trout in the oven for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  14. 14. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium to high heat.
  15. 15. Fry the radicchio slices for about 1 minute on each side.
  16. 16. Season the fried radicchio with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Place the warm radicchio on the plates.
  18. 18. Place the trout fillets next to the radicchio.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the prepared bell pepper cubes over the dish.
  20. 20. Drizzle everything with the previously mixed dressing.
  21. 21. Garnish the dish with the prepared chive stems.
