  4. 4. Wash the grapes.
  5. 5. Halve the grapes.
  6. 6. Let the Manouri cheese drain.
  7. 7. Pat the Manouri cheese dry with kitchen paper.
  8. 8. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  9. 9. Add the walnuts and a pinch of salt to the pan.
  10. 10. Toast the walnuts, shaking the pan constantly, for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Let the walnuts cool slightly.
  12. 12. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
  13. 13. Place the chopped walnuts in a bowl.
  14. 14. Add the thyme leaves to the bowl.
  15. 15. Add the halved grapes to the bowl.
  16. 16. Mix the walnuts, thyme, and grapes together in the bowl.
  17. 17. Heat butter in the same pan over medium heat.
  18. 18. Place the Manouri cheese in the pan.
  19. 19. Fry the cheese on the first side for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
