  1. 1. Place the flour on a plate and season lightly with pepper. In another deep plate, whisk the egg. Also fill a deep plate with breadcrumbs.
  2. 2. Thoroughly wash the parsley, pat dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop finely. Wash the peaches, halve them, remove the pit, and slice or shave them thinly. Divide the peach slices onto four plates and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. 3. Cut the camembert into six pieces each. Dip first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Press the coating lightly.
  4. 4. In a pan, heat the butter over medium heat and fry the camembert pieces for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. 5. Arrange the fried camembert on the peach carpaccio, sprinkle with parsley, and serve together with lingonberries. Enjoy your meal!
