  6. 6. Halve the apples and cut them into wedges.
  7. 7. Halve a lemon.
  8. 8. Squeeze out 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  9. 9. Mix the lemon juice with the apple wedges in a bowl.
  10. 10. Melt 1.5 tablespoons of margarine in a separate frying pan over medium heat.
  11. 11. Place the apple wedges into the hot pan.
  12. 12. Sprinkle sugar over the apples.
  13. 13. Fry the apples until golden brown for about 5 minutes, turning them constantly.
  14. 14. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel if necessary.
  15. 15. Slice the mushrooms.
  16. 16. Halve an onion.
  17. 17. Peel the onion.
  18. 18. Dice the onion finely.
  19. 19. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  20. 20. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown for about 6 minutes, turning them regularly.
  21. 21. Add the onions to the mushrooms during the last 4 minutes of cooking.
