  6. 6. Trim the ends of the zucchini.
  7. 7. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  8. 8. Slice the zucchini halves into rounds of about 1.5 centimeters.
  9. 9. Wash the carrots.
  10. 10. Remove the ends of the carrots.
  11. 11. Peel the carrots.
  12. 12. Cut the carrots in half lengthwise.
  13. 13. Place the vegetables in a large bowl.
  14. 14. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  15. 15. Season with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Mix everything well until the vegetables are evenly coated.
