🍽️ Crispy Pimentos with Garlic

Ingredients
- Green bell peppers, for grilling and baking 400 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 1 pc
- Sea salt 1 pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the roasted peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the peppers completely with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat.
- 4. Place the peppers in the hot pan.
- 5. Fry the peppers for 4 to 6 minutes.
- 6. Turn the peppers regularly until the skin forms light blisters.
- 7. Peel a clove of garlic.
- 8. Press the garlic clove lightly with your palm.
- 9. Add the garlic to the pan for approx. 1 minute.
- 10. Remove the pimentos from the pan.
- 11. Sprinkle the pimentos with sea salt.
- 12. Serve the pimentos immediately.
- 13. Optionally grate some lemon zest over them for extra freshness.
