  4. 4. Set the meat strips aside to allow them to reach room temperature.
  5. 5. Peel the ginger and the garlic.
  6. 6. Dice the ginger and garlic finely.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  8. 8. Cut off the tough ends of the spring onions.
  9. 9. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  10. 10. Wash the bell pepper.
  11. 11. Quarter the bell pepper.
  12. 12. Remove the core and seeds from the bell pepper.
  13. 13. Cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  14. 14. Remove the pot of boiling salted water from the heat.
  15. 15. Add the noodles to the hot water.
  16. 16. Cover the pot and let the noodles steep for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  17. 17. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  18. 18. Sear the pork tenderloin in the hot pan.

  20. 20. Deglaze the meat with soy sauce.
