  5. 5. Slice the red cabbage into thin strips.
  6. 6. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  7. 7. Halve the apples and remove the core.
  8. 8. Grate the apple halves coarsely.
  9. 9. Wash the parsley.
  10. 10. Shake the parsley dry.
  11. 11. Finely chop the parsley.
  12. 12. Coarsely chop the pistachios.
  13. 13. Place the pistachios in a dry pan.
  14. 14. Add a little sugar to the pistachios.
  15. 15. Roast the pistachios over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  16. 16. Remove the roasted pistachios from the pan and place them on a plate.

  18. 18. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan.
