🍰 Fried Bananas with Espresso Nougat Sauce

Ingredients
- coffee, instant 1 tbsp
- nut nougat cream 100 g
- whipping cream 2 tbsp
- strawberries 150 g
- bananas 4 pcs.
- butter 1 tbsp
- sugar 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Heat 50 milliliters of water in a pot over medium heat.
- 2. Stir in one tablespoon of coffee powder until it has completely dissolved.
- 3. Add nut nougat cream to the coffee mixture and stir until the cream has melted.
- 4. Stir the cream into the sauce.
- 5. Let the sauce cool down.
- 6. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 7. Remove the green leafy tops from the strawberries.
- 8. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 9. Peel the bananas.
- 10. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
- 11. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 12. Place the banana halves into the hot butter.
- 13. Fry the bananas for about three minutes.
- 14. Turn the bananas once.
- 15. Sprinkle the bananas with sugar.
- 16. Let the sugar caramelize slightly.
- 17. Pour the cooled espresso nougat sauce over the fried bananas.
- 18. Plate the bananas together with the fresh strawberries.
