  2. 2. Stir in one tablespoon of coffee powder until it has completely dissolved.
  3. 3. Add nut nougat cream to the coffee mixture and stir until the cream has melted.
  4. 4. Stir the cream into the sauce.
  5. 5. Let the sauce cool down.
  6. 6. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  7. 7. Remove the green leafy tops from the strawberries.
  8. 8. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
  9. 9. Peel the bananas.
  10. 10. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
  11. 11. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  12. 12. Place the banana halves into the hot butter.
  13. 13. Fry the bananas for about three minutes.
  14. 14. Turn the bananas once.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the bananas with sugar.
  16. 16. Let the sugar caramelize slightly.
  17. 17. Pour the cooled espresso nougat sauce over the fried bananas.
  18. 18. Plate the bananas together with the fresh strawberries.
