🍽️ Fried Avocado with Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes mix 250 g
- Cilantro, fresh 15 g
- Organic limes 1 pc.
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Avocado 2 pc.
- Oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 3. Wash the cilantro and let it drain well.
- 4. Finely chop the cilantro.
- 5. Cut the lime in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 7. Cut the onion in half.
- 8. Peel the onion.
- 9. Dice the onion finely.
- 10. Place the tomatoes, cilantro, onion, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and sugar into a bowl.
- 11. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 13. Wash the avocados.
- 14. Cut the avocados in half.
- 15. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
- 16. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 17. Fry the avocado halves with the cut side down for about 4 minutes.
- 18. Plate the fried avocados.
- 19. Serve the avocados together with the tomato salsa.
