  2. 2. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  3. 3. Wash the cilantro and let it drain well.
  4. 4. Finely chop the cilantro.
  5. 5. Cut the lime in half.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  7. 7. Cut the onion in half.
  8. 8. Peel the onion.
  9. 9. Dice the onion finely.
  10. 10. Place the tomatoes, cilantro, onion, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and sugar into a bowl.
  11. 11. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. 13. Wash the avocados.
  14. 14. Cut the avocados in half.
  15. 15. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
  16. 16. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  17. 17. Fry the avocado halves with the cut side down for about 4 minutes.
  18. 18. Plate the fried avocados.
  19. 19. Serve the avocados together with the tomato salsa.
