🍰 Fried Apple Fritters

Ingredients
- Apples, red 2 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Sugar 40 g
- Milk 300 ml
- Cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- Rapeseed oil 4 tbsp
- Powdered sugar 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly, quarter them, remove the core, and then cut into small pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the eggs, sugar, milk, and cinnamon, and stir everything well until a creamy mass forms. Gently fold in the apple pieces.
- 3. Heat the oil in a pan. Use a spoon to portion the batter into about 5 cm portions onto the pan, press down slightly, and fry the pancakes for about 4 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
- 4. Sprinkle the fried apple pancakes with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!
