  1. 1. Wash the apples thoroughly, quarter them, remove the core, and then cut into small pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the eggs, sugar, milk, and cinnamon, and stir everything well until a creamy mass forms. Gently fold in the apple pieces.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a pan. Use a spoon to portion the batter into about 5 cm portions onto the pan, press down slightly, and fry the pancakes for about 4 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the fried apple pancakes with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!
