🍰 Roasted Vanilla Almonds

Ingredients
- Sugar 100 g
- Water 5 tbsp
- Almonds, whole 200 g
- Vanilla Sugar 16 g
- Cinnamon pinch
Instructions
- 1. Combine sugar, water, and almonds in a pot and heat over medium heat while stirring. Keep stirring until the liquid evaporates and the sugar forms a crust around the almonds.
- 2. Add vanilla sugar and cinnamon, then spread the caramelized almonds on a piece of baking paper. Let the almonds cool. Enjoy snacking!
