  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the parsley and pat it dry with a cloth.
  3. 3. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
  5. 5. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  6. 6. Mix soft butter with the chopped parsley and garlic in a bowl.
  7. 7. Season the butter mixture with salt.
  8. 8. Hollow out the baguette to create four indentations of about eight centimeters.
  9. 9. Spread the parsley butter into the indentations in the baguette.
  10. 10. Crack the eggs one by one into a separate bowl.
  11. 11. Carefully pour the eggs into the prepared indentations in the baguette.
  12. 12. Distribute the tomato pieces over the egg and the bread.
  13. 13. Place the baguette in the oven and bake it for about 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Take the finished dish out of the oven.
  15. 15. Season it finally with salt and pepper to taste.
