🍳 Oven Egg in Baguette

Ingredients
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Garlic cloves 0.5 pcs
- Cherry tomatoes 50 g
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt Pinch
- Baguette 1 pc.
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the parsley and pat it dry with a cloth.
- 3. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems and chop them finely.
- 4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 6. Mix soft butter with the chopped parsley and garlic in a bowl.
- 7. Season the butter mixture with salt.
- 8. Hollow out the baguette to create four indentations of about eight centimeters.
- 9. Spread the parsley butter into the indentations in the baguette.
- 10. Crack the eggs one by one into a separate bowl.
- 11. Carefully pour the eggs into the prepared indentations in the baguette.
- 12. Distribute the tomato pieces over the egg and the bread.
- 13. Place the baguette in the oven and bake it for about 15 minutes.
- 14. Take the finished dish out of the oven.
- 15. Season it finally with salt and pepper to taste.
