🍰 Oven Goat Cheese Rolls with Pears and Walnuts

Ingredients
- goat cheese cream cheese roll with pumpkin seeds 2 pcs.
- pears 2 pcs.
- rosemary, fresh 5 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- butter 1 tbsp
- walnut kernels 4 tbsp
- honey 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Place the goat cheese rolls on the prepared tray.
- 4. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 5. Rinse the pears under running water.
- 6. Cut the pears in half lengthwise.
- 7. Remove the core from the pear halves.
- 8. Cut the pears into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
- 9. Rinse the rosemary under cold water.
- 10. Shake the rosemary dry.
- 11. Divide the rosemary sprigs into four roughly equal pieces.
- 12. Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 13. Fry the pear slices together with the rosemary for about 3 minutes.
- 14. Add the walnuts to the pan.
- 15. Fry the mixture for another 2 minutes.
- 16. Carefully remove the goat cheese rolls from the oven.
- 17. Cut each goat cheese roll in half.
- 18. Place the cheese halves in the center of the plates.
- 19. Arrange the fried pears and walnuts around the cheese.
- 20. Place the rosemary sprigs on top of the goat cheese.
- 21. Drizzle the dish with honey as a final touch.
