  7. 7. Cut the lemon in half.
  8. 8. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  9. 9. Take a bowl.
  10. 10. Add flour to the bowl.
  11. 11. Add baking powder to the bowl.
  12. 12. Add sugar to the bowl.
  13. 13. Add salt to the bowl.
  14. 14. Add cinnamon to the bowl.
  15. 15. Stir the dry ingredients in the bowl.
  16. 16. Add oat drink to the bowl.
  17. 17. Add apple puree to the bowl.
  18. 18. Add two tablespoons of margarine to the bowl.
  19. 19. Add one teaspoon of vanilla extract to the bowl.
  20. 20. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ones.
  21. 21. Take 75 grams of the grated carrot.
  22. 22. Fold the 75 grams of carrot into the batter.
  23. 23. Set aside some carrot shavings for decoration.
  24. 24. Grease a donut pan with margarine.
  25. 25. Fill the batter evenly into the donut pan.
  26. 26. Bake the carrot cake donuts for about 15 minutes in the oven.
