  3. 3. Cut the sweet potatoes into small cubes.
  4. 4. Place the sweet potato cubes on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  6. 6. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  8. 8. Wash the Pak Choi thoroughly.
  9. 9. Trim the hard root ends at the bottom of the Pak Choi thinly.
  10. 10. Divide the Pak Choi into quarters or sixths depending on its size.
  11. 11. Peel the ginger.
  12. 12. Cut the ginger into small cubes.
  13. 13. Wash the zucchini.
  14. 14. Cut off the ends of the zucchini.
  15. 15. Slice the zucchini into long, thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
  16. 16. Cut the lime in half.
  17. 17. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  18. 18. Peel the onion.
  19. 19. Slice the onion into thin rings.
  20. 20. Put some flour on a plate.
  21. 21. Season the flour lightly with salt and pepper.
  22. 22. Toss the onion rings in the seasoned flour until coated.
  23. 23. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and some butter in a pan over medium heat.

  42. 42. Add the Pak Choi and zucchini vegetables.
  43. 43. Garnish the dish with the fried onions.
