🍽️ Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes 4 pcs
- Herb butter 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Cayenne pepper pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, dry them, and wrap each one individually in aluminum foil. Cook the wrapped sweet potatoes in the hot grill embers for about 25 minutes.
- 2. Remove the sweet potatoes from the grill, let them cool briefly, and remove the aluminum foil.
- 3. Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise and gently press them open, place a piece of herb butter inside, and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve and enjoy!
