🍽️ Oven Potato Wedges with Meatballs

Ingredients
- Radishes 400 g
- White wine vinegar 2 tsp
- Sugar 3 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Rapeseed oil 4 tbsp
- Potatoes, waxy 750 g
- Peppers, sweet 1 tsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Minced meat, mixed 400 g
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radishes thoroughly.
- 2. Set aside the tender green leaves for garnishing.
- 3. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 4. Mix the slices with vinegar, sugar, salt, and one tablespoon of oil.
- 5. Let the radishes marinate.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 7. Wash the potatoes and scrub them clean.
- 8. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- 9. Place the wedges in a bowl.
- 10. Add three tablespoons of oil, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
- 11. Mix everything well together.
- 12. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 13. Spread the potato wedges evenly on the tray.
- 14. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 15. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 16. Place the minced meat in a separate bowl.
- 17. Add the mustard, the egg, one teaspoon of salt, and breadcrumbs.
- 18. Add the chopped onion and garlic.
- 19. Knead the mixture well.
- 20. Season the meat mixture with pepper.
- 21. Lightly wet your hands.
- 22. Form eight small meatballs.
- 23. Place the meatballs on the baking tray with the potatoes.
- 24. Put the tray into the oven.
- 25. Bake everything for about 30 minutes.
- 26. Turn the meatballs once halfway through the baking time.
- 27. Taste the marinated radishes and adjust with a little vinegar.
- 28. Garnish the radishes with the reserved greens.
- 29. Serve the radishes together with the potatoes and meatballs.
