  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Use the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Thoroughly wash the bell peppers.
  3. 3. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  4. 4. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
  5. 5. Halve the onion.
  6. 6. Peel the onion.
  7. 7. Cut the onion into cubes as well.
  8. 8. Wash the herbs.
  9. 9. Dry the herbs well.
  10. 10. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  11. 11. Finely chop the herbs.
  12. 12. Cut the salami into small pieces.
  13. 13. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  14. 14. Use medium to high heat for this.
  15. 15. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in it for about 2 minutes.
  16. 16. Season the mixture with salt.
  17. 17. Season the mixture with pepper.
  18. 18. Season the mixture with paprika powder.
  19. 19. Add the salami.
  20. 20. Fry the salami for another 2 minutes.
  21. 21. Fold the herbs into the mixture.
  22. 22. Distribute the vegetable mixture evenly onto 4 ovenproof dishes.
  23. 23. Drizzle each dish with 1 tablespoon of cream.
  24. 24. Crack an egg into each dish.
  25. 25. Place the dishes in a baking tray.
  26. 26. Pour boiling water into the baking tray.
  27. 27. Add enough water so that the dishes are two-thirds submerged.
  28. 28. Bake the eggs in the preheated oven for about 13 minutes.
  29. 29. Season the finished eggs to taste.
  30. 30. Serve the eggs with the salami and bell peppers.
