🍳 Oven Eggs with Bell Peppers and Salami

Ingredients
- pepper, red 1 pc
- onions, red 1 pc
- basil, fresh 15 g
- chives, fresh 10 bunch
- salami sliced 50 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pepper, sweet 0.5 tsp
- whipping cream 4 tbsp
- eggs 4 pc
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Use the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the bell peppers.
- 3. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 4. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 5. Halve the onion.
- 6. Peel the onion.
- 7. Cut the onion into cubes as well.
- 8. Wash the herbs.
- 9. Dry the herbs well.
- 10. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 11. Finely chop the herbs.
- 12. Cut the salami into small pieces.
- 13. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 14. Use medium to high heat for this.
- 15. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in it for about 2 minutes.
- 16. Season the mixture with salt.
- 17. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 18. Season the mixture with paprika powder.
- 19. Add the salami.
- 20. Fry the salami for another 2 minutes.
- 21. Fold the herbs into the mixture.
- 22. Distribute the vegetable mixture evenly onto 4 ovenproof dishes.
- 23. Drizzle each dish with 1 tablespoon of cream.
- 24. Crack an egg into each dish.
- 25. Place the dishes in a baking tray.
- 26. Pour boiling water into the baking tray.
- 27. Add enough water so that the dishes are two-thirds submerged.
- 28. Bake the eggs in the preheated oven for about 13 minutes.
- 29. Season the finished eggs to taste.
- 30. Serve the eggs with the salami and bell peppers.
