🥗 Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Zucchini and Lime Salad

Ingredients
- Shrimp, cooked 400 g
- Limes 2 pcs.
- Zucchini 2 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- Olive oil 7 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Oregano, dried pinch
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Thaw the shrimp overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Wash the limes thoroughly.
- 3. Peel the limes all around with a sharp knife until the white inner skin is removed.
- 4. Slice the limes and catch the juice.
- 5. Wash the zucchini.
- 6. Cut off the ends of the zucchini.
- 7. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
- 8. Soak the wooden skewers in water.
- 9. Peel the garlic.
- 10. Finely chop the garlic.
- 11. Place the shrimp in a bowl.
- 12. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the shrimp.
- 13. Add the lime juice to the shrimp.
- 14. Add the chopped garlic to the shrimp.
- 15. Mix the shrimp with the oil, juice, and garlic.
- 16. Let the shrimp marinate for about 15 minutes.
- 17. Place the zucchini slices separately on a baking sheet.
- 18. Brush the zucchini with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 19. Season the zucchini with a little salt.
- 20. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- 21. Preheat the grill.
- 22. Grill the shrimp skewers on the hot grill for about 2 minutes per side.
- 23. Grill the zucchini for about 2 minutes on each side as well.
- 24. Season the grilled shrimp and zucchini with salt.
- 25. Season the grilled shrimp and zucchini with pepper.
- 26. Season the grilled shrimp and zucchini with oregano.
- 27. Put mustard in a bowl.
- 28. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the mustard.
- 29. Add honey to the mixture.
- 30. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the mixture.
- 31. Whisk the mustard, oil, honey, and water well.
- 32. Mix the lime slices with the grilled zucchini slices.
- 33. Serve the shrimp skewers.
- 34. Serve the grilled zucchini alongside.
- 35. Serve the lime salad alongside.
