  1. 1. Rinse the shrimp under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Wash the cucumber, peel it, and cut it into quarters lengthwise.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds from the cucumber quarters.
  4. 4. Wash the apple, cut it into quarters, and remove the core.
  5. 5. Cut the seeded cucumber and the apple into small cubes.
  6. 6. Halve the shallot, peel it, and dice it finely.
  7. 7. Wash the dill, dry it well, and remove the coarse stems.
  8. 8. Finely chop the dill leaves.
  9. 9. Wash the lemon, halve it, and squeeze out the juice.
  10. 10. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk.
  11. 11. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the sauce and stir well.
  12. 12. Add the shrimp, the diced cucumbers and apples, the shallots, and the dill to the sauce.
  13. 13. Gently mix all ingredients until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
  14. 14. Place the salad in the refrigerator and let it marinate for about one hour.
  15. 15. Toast the bread as desired.
  16. 16. Serve the shrimp salad on the toast.
