🍽️ Fresh Shrimp Salad with Apple and Dill

Ingredients
- Party Shrimp 300 g
- Mini cucumbers 3 pcs
- Apples, red 1 pc
- Shallots 1 pc
- Dill, fresh 20 g
- Lemons 1 pc
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Sour cream 1 tbsp
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, white ground pinch
- Toast bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Wash the cucumber, peel it, and cut it into quarters lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the cucumber quarters.
- 4. Wash the apple, cut it into quarters, and remove the core.
- 5. Cut the seeded cucumber and the apple into small cubes.
- 6. Halve the shallot, peel it, and dice it finely.
- 7. Wash the dill, dry it well, and remove the coarse stems.
- 8. Finely chop the dill leaves.
- 9. Wash the lemon, halve it, and squeeze out the juice.
- 10. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk.
- 11. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the sauce and stir well.
- 12. Add the shrimp, the diced cucumbers and apples, the shallots, and the dill to the sauce.
- 13. Gently mix all ingredients until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
- 14. Place the salad in the refrigerator and let it marinate for about one hour.
- 15. Toast the bread as desired.
- 16. Serve the shrimp salad on the toast.
