🍽️ Shrimp Wraps with Lemon Butter

Ingredients
- Organic lemons 1 pc.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Butter 5 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cucumbers 1 pc.
- Carrots 1 pc.
- Peppers, red 1 pc.
- Party shrimp 250 g
- Wraps 4 pc.
- Crème fraîche 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon under hot water, finely grate about 1 tsp of the zest, then halve and squeeze out the juice. Peel the garlic and dice finely. In a bowl, mix soft butter with the garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and adjust to taste.
- 2. Wash the cucumber, remove the ends, and slice thinly. Peel the carrots, trim the ends, and coarsely grate. Wash the peppers, quarter them, remove the seeds and core, and cut into strips. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.
- 3. Melt 1 tbsp of the lemon butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the shrimp in it for approx. 3 minutes and season with lemon juice.
- 4. Warm the wraps in the oven as needed and brush with the remaining lemon butter. Top with cucumber, carrot, pepper, and shrimp as desired. Add a dollop of crème fraîche, roll up, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
