Ingredients
- White Tiger Shrimp, peeled and cooked 450 g
- Pointed Peppers 650 g
- Garlic Cloves 3 pcs
- Onions, red 2 g
- chili pepper Mix 1 pcs
- Thyme, fresh 5 g
- Olive Oil 6 tbsp
- Pepper, sweet 1 tsp
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Sugar Pinch
- Baguette 2 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Let the shrimp thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Peel the shrimp, wash them thoroughly, and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers, remove the inside with the seeds, and cut them into large pieces.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves and the onions.
- 5. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 6. Cut the onions into large cubes.
- 7. Wash the chili peppers, remove the seeds, and slice them into rings.
- 8. Wash the thyme and shake off the excess water.
- 9. Whisk the oil in a large bowl with paprika, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 10. Add the prepared shrimp and vegetables to the bowl.
- 11. Mix everything thoroughly so that everything is evenly seasoned.
- 12. Fill the vegetable mixture into the basket of the air fryer.
- 13. Make sure not to overfill the basket.
- 14. Cook the mixture at 200 degrees Celsius for about 7 minutes.
- 15. Stir the shrimp and vegetables once during cooking.
- 16. Continue cooking at 200 degrees Celsius for another 7 minutes until done.
- 17. Break the baguette into small pieces.
- 18. Serve the hot shrimp and vegetable mixture with the baguette.
