🍽️ Garlic Prawns with Homemade Aioli

Ingredients
- shrimp cooked, frozen 500 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 8 pc.
- sunflower oil 200 ml
- milk 100 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- olive oil 100 ml
- baguette 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Thaw the prawns in the fridge overnight if necessary.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using the grill function.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Peel four garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 5. Place the garlic, oil, and milk into a tall container.
- 6. Blend the mixture with a hand blender on a low setting first.
- 7. Increase the speed to the highest setting until a mayonnaise-like consistency forms.
- 8. Season the aioli with salt, pepper, and the lemon juice.
- 9. Rinse the prawns and pat them dry.
- 10. Arrange the prawns in a baking dish.
- 11. Peel the remaining garlic cloves and slice them thinly.
- 12. Toss the prawns with olive oil, garlic slices, salt, and pepper.
- 13. Bake the prawns in the oven for about four minutes.
- 14. Serve the prawns with baguette and the homemade aioli.
