🍽️ Crispy Shrimp Crostini with Goat Cheese and Rosemary

Ingredients
- shrimp cooked, frozen 600 g
- baguette 1 pc
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- butter 40 g
- goat cheese roll 300 g
- rosemary, fresh 10 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Let the shrimp thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Rinse the shrimp under cold water in a sieve.
- 3. Drain the shrimp and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
- 4. Cut the baguette into 16 diagonal slices.
- 5. Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat.
- 6. Sear the shrimp in two batches for about 3 minutes each.
- 7. Remove the seared shrimp from the pan and place them on a plate.
- 8. Reheat the pan over medium heat.
- 9. Toast the bread slices in 2 to 3 batches with 20 grams of butter each until golden brown.
- 10. Remove the toasted bread slices from the pan.
- 11. Cut the goat cheese into 32 thin slices.
- 12. Wash the rosemary and pat it dry.
- 13. Pluck the rosemary into small sprigs.
- 14. Toast the cheese slices in the pan without additional fat on both sides.
- 15. Sprinkle the toasted cheese slices with the rosemary sprigs.
- 16. Distribute the goat cheese with rosemary onto the crostini.
- 17. Place the shrimp on top of the crostini.
- 18. Sprinkle the shrimp with pepper.
