🍽️ Gambas al Ajillo

Ingredients
- shrimp raw, frozen 800 g
- garlic bulb 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- lemons 1 g
- salt pinch
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. The shrimp should ideally be thawed overnight in the refrigerator. Then wash thoroughly, pat dry, and peel up to the tail fin.
- 2. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Wash the parsley thoroughly, shake off the water, pluck the leaves, and chop finely. Wash one lemon and cut it into 4 slices. Cut the remaining lemon into wedges.
- 3. Season the shrimp with salt. Heat 4 tbsp of oil strongly in a pan and fry the garlic and lemon slices for about 1 minute. Then add the shrimp and fry for another 2–3 minutes.
- 4. Mix the parsley into the shrimp, season with pepper, and serve together with the lemon wedges. Enjoy your meal! Tip: A suitable dish goes well with this.
