  1. 1. The shrimp should ideally be thawed overnight in the refrigerator. Then wash thoroughly, pat dry, and peel up to the tail fin.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Wash the parsley thoroughly, shake off the water, pluck the leaves, and chop finely. Wash one lemon and cut it into 4 slices. Cut the remaining lemon into wedges.
  3. 3. Season the shrimp with salt. Heat 4 tbsp of oil strongly in a pan and fry the garlic and lemon slices for about 1 minute. Then add the shrimp and fry for another 2–3 minutes.
  4. 4. Mix the parsley into the shrimp, season with pepper, and serve together with the lemon wedges. Enjoy your meal! Tip: A suitable dish goes well with this.
