🥗 Fresh Galia Melon Salad with Feta

Ingredients
- Galia melon 1 pc.
- Feta 150 g
- Dill, fresh 15 g
- Organic limes 2 pc.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Cranberries, dried 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Galia melon in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- 2. Quarter the melon and carefully cut the flesh away from the rind.
- 3. Use a peeler to slice the fruit into thin strips.
- 4. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces using your hands.
- 5. Wash the dill, shake off excess water, and chop it finely.
- 6. Cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 7. Whisk the lime juice in a bowl with salt, pepper, and olive oil to make a dressing.
- 8. Arrange the melon strips on a large platter.
- 9. Sprinkle the feta, cranberries, and dill evenly over the melon.
- 10. Drizzle the dressing spoonful by spoonful over the salad and serve immediately.
