Ingredients
- arugula 100 g
- garlic cloves 1 pcs
- cherry tomatoes 150 g
- olives, black 100 g
- parmesan, grated 80 g
- olive oil 6 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs
- mayonnaise 6 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 3. Spin the arugula dry.
- 4. Peel the garlic.
- 5. Finely chop half of the garlic.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes.
- 7. Drain the olives in a sieve.
- 8. Place the arugula in a tall container.
- 9. Add the finely chopped garlic.
- 10. Add the Parmesan cheese.
- 11. Add the olive oil.
- 12. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 13. Season the pesto with salt.
- 14. Season the pesto with pepper.
- 15. Roll out the pizza dough.
- 16. Use the tomato sauce for another purpose.
- 17. Place the dough on a piece of baking paper.
- 18. Place the baking paper with the dough on a baking tray.
- 19. Spread the arugula pesto over the dough.
- 20. Distribute the olives on the pizza.
- 21. Distribute the tomatoes on the pizza.
- 22. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 23. Peel the remaining garlic.
- 24. Place the remaining garlic in a bowl.
- 25. Add the mayonnaise to the bowl.
- 26. Mix the garlic with the mayonnaise.
- 27. Taste the garlic mayonnaise and adjust seasoning.
- 28. Fill the garlic mayonnaise into a piping bag.
- 29. Cut a thin corner off the piping bag.
- 30. Take the pizza out of the oven.
- 31. Distribute the garlic mayonnaise as field markings on the pizza.
- 32. Serve the football pizza.
