  1. 1. Cut the shallot in half, peel it, and dice it finely. Peel and chop the garlic.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté tomato paste, garlic, shallots, and chili for about 2 minutes. Then add the diced tomatoes and tuna, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
  3. 3. Bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot. Cook the fusilli in the boiling water for about 9 minutes until al dente. Drain, reserving about 1 cup of the cooking water.
  4. 4. Bring about 500 ml of salted water to a boil in another pot. Wash the beans, trim the ends, and cook them in the boiling water for about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  5. 5. Add some of the pasta cooking water and the cream cheese to the tuna sauce, seasoning with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and sugar to taste. Serve the tuna tomato sauce with the pasta and beans on plates, sprinkled with parmesan. Enjoy your meal!
