  1. 1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and let it drain. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and slice them. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper using a fork.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them set for about 30 seconds. Use a spatula to push and scrape the egg mixture around the pan for about 4 minutes, until fully set and starting to brown.
  3. 3. Place a slice of ham onto each wrap. Add lettuce and tomatoes on top of the ham. Fill the wraps with the scrambled eggs, roll them up, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
