🍳 Crunchy Granola Bars with Dried Fruit

Ingredients
- Cranberries, dried 40 g
- Apricots, fresh 40 g
- Granola with fruit, nuts and seeds 200 g
- Hazelnut kernels, whole 5 tbsp
- Almonds, ground 50 g
- Apple sauce 3 tbsp
- Honey 7 tbsp
- Apricot jam 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Chop the cranberries and apricots into coarse pieces.
- 3. Add the nut granola, whole hazelnuts, ground almonds, apple puree, dried fruits, honey, and apricot jam into a large bowl.
- 4. Stir all ingredients well until a uniform mixture forms.
- 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 6. Spread the granola mixture evenly across the tray.
- 7. Bake the bars in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- 8. Carefully remove the tray from the oven.
- 9. Cut the still warm mass into bars or break it into pieces.
- 10. Let the bars cool down completely.
- 11. Store the finished bars in a dry place until you are ready to eat them.
