  2. 2. Chop the cranberries and apricots into coarse pieces.
  3. 3. Add the nut granola, whole hazelnuts, ground almonds, apple puree, dried fruits, honey, and apricot jam into a large bowl.
  4. 4. Stir all ingredients well until a uniform mixture forms.
  5. 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  6. 6. Spread the granola mixture evenly across the tray.
  7. 7. Bake the bars in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Carefully remove the tray from the oven.
  9. 9. Cut the still warm mass into bars or break it into pieces.
  10. 10. Let the bars cool down completely.
  11. 11. Store the finished bars in a dry place until you are ready to eat them.
