🍳 Fruity Curd Morning

Ingredients
- strawberries 200 g
- blueberries, fresh 200 g
- raspberries, fresh 200 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- quark 20 % fat in dry matter 500 g
- honey 2 tbsp
- oat flakes, coarse 120 g
- trail mix 120 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the berries thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 3. Cut the strawberries into four equal pieces.
- 4. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 5. Grate about one teaspoon of fine lemon zest.
- 6. Cut the lemon in half.
- 7. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- 8. Take a large bowl.
- 9. Put the prepared berries into the bowl.
- 10. Add the grated lemon zest.
- 11. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 12. Add the curd cheese to the bowl.
- 13. Add the honey.
- 14. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 15. Portion the curd mixture into small bowls.
- 16. Sprinkle oats over the portions.
- 17. Sprinkle trail mix over the portions.
- 18. Alternatively, fill the mixture into containers for on-the-go.
