  5. 5. Grate about one teaspoon of fine lemon zest.
  6. 6. Cut the lemon in half.
  7. 7. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
  8. 8. Take a large bowl.
  9. 9. Put the prepared berries into the bowl.
  10. 10. Add the grated lemon zest.
  11. 11. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
  12. 12. Add the curd cheese to the bowl.
  13. 13. Add the honey.
  14. 14. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  15. 15. Portion the curd mixture into small bowls.
  16. 16. Sprinkle oats over the portions.
  17. 17. Sprinkle trail mix over the portions.
