🍳 Breakfast Bowl with Quark and Fresh Fruits

Ingredients
- mixed berries, frozen 200 g
- pears 1 pc.
- bananas 2 pcs.
- kiwi 1 pc.
- quark 40% fat in total 500 g
- honey 1 tbsp
- walnut kernels 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. If necessary, lightly thaw the berries. Wash the pear, quarter it, remove the core and seeds, and cut into wedges. Peel the bananas and chop them roughly. Peel the kiwi and slice it.
- 2. In a tall container, puree the quark, bananas, and two-thirds of the fruits. Sweeten with honey. Distribute the quark mixture into bowls and top with the remaining fruits and walnuts as desired. Enjoy!
